Easy returns within 30 days
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Our support team will guide you through the whole process.

Return shipping costs
For faulty or incorrect products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the item received is incorrect, damaged in transit, or otherwise faulty.
For a change of mind: The customer covers the actual cost of return shipping. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they simply no longer want it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to return an item
1. Contact us: Send an email to contact@beltary.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Pack your item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.
3. Send it back: We have a dedicated returns address in the United Kingdom. Ship your return to:

Legal right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty. If you are a consumer in the European Union, equivalent rights apply under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

If you withdraw within this legal period, we will refund the full amount paid (product + original standard shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal (change of mind) are your responsibility. In the case of a faulty product or an error on our part, return shipping remains free of charge in accordance with our refund policy.
Note: our 30-day commercial policy is more generous than this 14-day legal right.
Refund process

Refund timeframe: Once approved, your refund will be processed. It usually takes up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Non-returnable items
