At Beltary, you have 30 days from receipt to return any item that doesn't suit you. Returns are free for an exchange or a store credit. For a refund, a £5.99 return fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Eligibility
Item tried on but not worn outdoors.
No signs of wear, odour or deformation.
Original packaging intact (pouch, box, tags where applicable).
If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the refund after a quality check.
Damaged & faulty items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us straight away at contact@beltary.com with photos of the problem.
We will assess the situation and let you know whether the item can be returned and what to do next.
Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For consumer protection and hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:
- gift cards
- personalised products
If in doubt, contact us before making a return request.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible. Alternatively, you can choose a store credit.
Sale items
Refundable under the same conditions.
Return costs
Free for an exchange or a store credit. For a refund, a £5.99 return fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Refund timeframe
Up to 10 days after your parcel reaches our warehouse.
How to make a return
1. Email your return request to contact@beltary.com, with your order number, the item(s) concerned and the reason for the return.
2. We review your request and, if your return is accepted, we send you a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
3. Put the item back in its original packaging with any accessories, stick the return label on the parcel and get it ready to ship.
4. Drop the parcel off at the drop-off point shown on the label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please do not send any parcel before you have received our confirmation and the return label.

Refunds on multi-buy orders
When you benefit from an offer that depends on buying several belts (for example: second belt at 50% off, third belt free), the following rules apply:
Partial returns are allowed.
If one or more items are returned, the discount is automatically recalculated if the conditions of the offer are no longer met.
The refund is based on the amount actually paid after the discount has been adjusted.
If a free belt is kept while the conditions of the offer are no longer met, it may be charged at its original unit price and deducted from the refund.
Return costs linked to these adjustments are covered by Beltary, in line with the conditions set out on our website.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To do so, email contact@beltary.com or use the model form below. We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back. The direct cost of returning the item is yours: if you use our return label, £5.99 is deducted from the refund.
