How long does delivery take?
Allow 7 to 12 business days in total: 1 to 3 days to prepare your order, then 6 to 9 days in transit. Delivery is free across the United Kingdom.
My tracking number does not show anything yet
This is normal in the first few days: information appears as soon as the carrier has collected your parcel. Please check back a little later, there is nothing you need to do.
Tracking has stopped moving, is that normal?
Yes. While travelling between countries, tracking can go a few days without an update. It resumes as soon as the parcel reaches the courier who delivers it.
My parcel is past the estimated delivery time
This happens when delivery takes a few extra days. If tracking has not moved for a week, write to us at contact@beltary.com and we will chase the carrier.
I will not be home for the delivery
No worries: if the courier cannot hand over your parcel, they usually leave it in your letterbox, at a collection point, or try again, and leave a delivery notice.
Tracking says delivered but I have not received anything
Check your letterbox, with your neighbours and at the nearest collection point. If the parcel is still missing 48 hours later, write to us at contact@beltary.com and we will sort it out.
